Having Problems with the Video?

For the Windows Media format you need at least version 9 of Microsoft's player. If you have trouble viewing the video, download the latest version of Windows Media Player from Microsoft for Windows and Mac.

For the QuickTime format you need at least version 7 of Apple's QuickTime Player. If you have trouble viewing the video, download the latest version of QuickTime from Apple for Windows and Mac.

Problems with Smooth Playback
If the video plays but is jurky, your computer may not be fast enough to play it back smoothly. If you are playing our H.264 (Large) video you should try the iPod Format (Small) as it doesn't require as fast of a computer.

If the video plays smoothly but keeps stopping every so often, you Internet connection may not be fast enough to received the video data fast enough to keep up. The server may also be experiencing a heavy load limiting how fast it can send you the video data.

The solution is to click the Save Video link next to the video format and save it to your hard drive. You can then open it and play it back smoothly with out interruption after it has finished downloading.

For audio only playback you need either Windows Media Player, Apple QuickTime Player, or another MP3 audio player to listen to our audio. You can use the save audio link for download to an portable MP3 player or iPod.
